Proof of Penalty
Lolmeme implements proof of penalty to punish jitters who cannot hold for 30 days. Holding for 30 days removes the tax inherited from your wallet. Staking your tokens ensures you participate in the penalty reward.
How the Penalty and Reward Works
· Every sell before 3 days has 50% Tax
· Every Sell from 3 to 7 days 25% Tax
· Every sell from 7 to 21 days incur 10% tax
· Every sell from 21–29days has 5% Tax
· After 30 days your tokens are tax fee
· Every transfer between wallets is tax free
Tax Usage
1. 50% go to staking portal
For all taxed tokens, 50% are collected by the staking pool and your staked tokens received reward according to your percentage share of the pool. Hence, to receive a big share from the tax ensure you increase your stake.
2. 25% go to marketing
From every tax deduction, 25% is sent to marketing wallet to ensure the promotion and continuous development of the project.
3. 25% is burnt
From every tax deduction, 25% is sent to a burn address to reduce the tokens’ total supply.
Other Important Information About Tax
Every new token that your wallet receives inherits 30 days penalty except the amount received is lower than the amount in the wallet. the old tokens timer becomes supreme. this ensures that nobody buys smaller units in their wallet to cancel new tokens timer.
For instance;
X holds 2m tokens in his/her wallet and the timer starts from the day the tokens dropped. when buying additional 1m tokens the old balance having more supply cancels the tax.
How Staking Works
When burn is initiated 50% of the tax is deposited in the staking pool. The pool is shared according to the number and percentage of your deposit. Every unstaking does not charge any penalty but requires 2 weeks cool-off period before you can withdraw your token. Your reward can be claimed daily
